Greetings bloggers ... one of my favorite quotes is from Thomas Edison ... "I never worked a day in my life.  It was all FUN."  That's so true when it comes to being a middle school teacher.  I love having fun with my students and fellow teachers.  I teach with a healthy dose of humor sprinkled with sarcasm from time to time.  I try to find the fun in my lessons and projects and I think my students really appreciate it too.  I truly love my job, the students I have the privilege of teaching, and the amazing people who teach along side of me each and every day.

30-Day ELA Photo Challenge

Grab your digital cameras or iDevice ... we (yes, we ... as in all of us) are going on an adventure together and we will be doing daily documentation of our findings.  Each student will create his/her own blog to showcase a variety of creative photos ... and of course several short stories along the way, too.  I am looking forward to being inspired by the moments captured by each one of us.  And now ... let the challenge BEGIN.  Be creative and have lots of fun!!
